Game Modes

RXPS offers multiple experience modes that affect your XP rates and provide various bonuses. Choose carefully-you can only switch to a harder mode, never back to an easier one!

Experience Modes

Normal Mode

The easiest experience rate for quick progression.

• 135x Experience boost

Hard Mode

A moderate challenge with bonus rewards.

• 50x Experience boost
• 5% Drop rate bonus
• Blurite sword (deals extra damage to monsters under level 75)

Supreme Mode

Balanced difficulty with good perks.

• 20x Experience boost
• 7.5% Drop rate bonus
• 5% chance for double drops
• Receive catalyst scroll (u) every 24 hours
• Blurite sword (deals extra damage to monsters under level 75)

Prime Mode

Challenging with excellent rewards.

• 3x Experience boost
• 10% Drop rate bonus
• 10% chance for double drops
• Receive catalyst scroll (u) every 12 hours
• Blurite sword (deals extra damage to monsters under level 75)
• Training shield (absorbs 20% damage from monsters under level 75)

Heroic Mode

The ultimate challenge-only available after maxing Prime mode.

Challenges:

• 1x Experience (standard rates)
• 50% reduction to all experience boosts
• 300% cap to experience boosts (after reduction)

Benefits:

• 15% Drop rate bonus
• 15% chance for double drops
• Access to the Prestige Perk Tree

Prestige System (Heroic)

When you prestige into Heroic mode, you earn Prestige Points:

• Prime → Heroic: 5 points (one time)
• Heroic → Heroic: 10 points (each time)

Increase chance of rares from mystery chest by 10%	10 points

Important Notes

Changing Modes

You can always switch to a harder experience mode by talking to Max outside the Edgeville bank. But you can never go back to an easier mode. If you're unsure, start with an easier mode first!

Starting Options

Normal, Hard, Supreme, and Prime can all be chosen at account creation. Heroic mode is only accessible after maxing a Prime account and prestiging through Max.
