Entry Cost

Attack Patterns
Melee Attack
When Hunllef stands on its hind legs, it's a melee attack. This cannot be reacted to, so keep Protect from Melee on as your default prayer.
Ranged Attack
When Hunllef slams its feet and a lightning animation appears, switch to Protect from Ranged.
Magic Attack
When Hunllef howls with a magic aura below it, switch to Protect from Magic.
Stomp Attack
If you run under Hunllef, it deals massive typeless damage (high 80s). Never go under the boss!
Crystal Fragments
When Hunllef bows forward (similar to ranged but no lightning), it summons crystals that follow you and deal damage every tick.
Enrage Phase
At 1,000 HP, Hunllef enrages:
- All attacks remain the same but faster
- Spawns multiple crystal fragments at once
- Favors ranged and magic over melee
- If HP drops below 1,000 during this phase, it heals back to 1,000
Strategy
- Keep Protect from Melee on by default
- React to ranged/magic animations and switch prayers
- Never run under the boss
- Keep moving to avoid crystal fragments
- Use crystal weapons for bonus damage

Unique Mechanic
During enrage, Tormented Hunllef fires three waves of 50 magic orbs across the arena that must be dodged while handling normal attacks.
Tips
- Consider defensive gear (Divine shield, Fortitude blessing) while learning
- Attacks are faster than regular Hunllef
- All other mechanics are the same
