Training Methods
Infernal Axe Method (Recommended)
The best way to train Firemaking is using the Infernal Axe while Woodcutting. This lets you:
- Skip lower level logs entirely
- Train both skills at once
- Go directly to the highest tier logs you can cut
tip
Keep your Firemaking level in sync with your Woodcutting level. The Infernal Axe only burns logs you have the Firemaking level to burn.
Manual Burning
Use the bonfire north of Edgeville to burn logs manually.
- Bring logs (noted logs work with Pycinerator)
- Use logs on the bonfire
- AFK until interrupted
Tips
- Use the Infernal Axe while woodcutting for passive Firemaking XP
- The Pycinerator allows burning noted logs at bonfires
- Higher tier logs give significantly more XP
- Pyromancer outfit provides XP bonuses
