Cutting and stringing bows have the same level requirement. Stringing offers faster XP but is less AFK.
Exception: Yew shortbow requires 65 to string, longbow requires 70.
Tips
- Darts are faster but require dart tips
- Bows are more AFK if you only cut (don't string)
- Stringing provides more XP per action
