How XP Works
Smithing XP is based on how many bars you use. Any item gives the same XP per bar, so always make items that use the most bars (like platebodies) for maximum efficiency.

Tips
- Platebodies give the most XP per inventory
- Dart tips are useful if you're also training Fletching
